Attempting to obtain a individual grant

I was looking at the web site and like the information contained there but I found no entrance to your area for registered clients.
Please advise what is required to secure your service in attempting to obtain a individual grant. I am a disabled man looking to
build a small shop at my home so I can teach small engine and equipment repair and maintenance to the general public. Not
looking to start a small business but just to help and give me something I can do in my limited capacity. I spent 15 years in the
mechanical field and believe I have something to offer. I still have all my tools and equipment so cost is small just to build a
building on my lot behind my home.
