My son refuses to pad me any more on the business even though he has signed a contract. I had an attorney but the expenses has
gone beyond my means. I need to live on something. I co-signed for him at our Bank (NBC) so that he could buy the business. Now I understand that if I try to sell my house the bank will take any collateral my house has, to pay off Paul dept. I don't know what to do. I am 60 and I am told any money I have will be gone in 3 years. My attorney is a very good attorney, but I can't keep paying him. Do you guys have any advise. My son has totally screwed me. Won't talk to me anymore, and has written letters to people in the community which bad mouths me. |
