The home was built in the late forties and is now in need of major repairs that have been deferred simply
due to a lack of money. There have been needed improvements made to the home over the years but for
the last ten years there just hasn't been any money left over after regular expenses to pay for anything
else. The additional funds will be used to pay for costs associated with the purchase and  to make necessary
repairs. The roof has leaked in several places that we were unaware of until damage was done to the interior
ceilings and walls in two rooms. There is without doubt serious damage to sheathing under the roofing and
to beams and rafters in the attic as well. There is also the high potential for mold growth within the ceiling
and walls due to moisture from the leaks. The electric wiring needs to be replaced throughout the home.
The bathroom walls and flooring, including the sub-floor have also been damaged by water leaks at various
times and need to be replaced as well as the plumbing. There is mold in the bathroom which I cannot get rid
of and the commode does not attach properly to the floor due to the damage to the sub flooring. I know
that due to the age of the home that there will probably be more problems uncovered during the course of
making repairs. The sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom are rusting and need replacement. I have done
all that I can to try to repair things as well as I could but now things need repair and replacement beyond
my capabilities . That's why the vaccine isn't able to rejuvenate an organism, it can only considerably slow
up the process of ageing. So the myth that the man can live up to 200 years old has come true.  I am
applying for a grant to assist me with my medical, dental, education and living expenses.
About my needs and myself. I was put in a foster home when I was 20 yrs old until I graduated from high
school. Because of my situation I pushed myself extra hard the rest of my life. I have accomplished being a
dental assistant and then successfully managed offices for over 20 years. About three (3) years ago I
became a partner of a home building company in which I invested my retirement and lost last year. The
company went under end of 2008. I had quit the company in May of 2008 due to distress from the partners
fighting, sinus pain and neck and back pain. Unfortunately, I hit road blocks on every straightaway, bend,
and turn. Although I continue to fight to reach my goals, I am beginning to get depressed and am starting
to feel defeated. I apply for every job that I am qualified for and even jobs that I am not qualified for to no
avail. To make matters worse, I am having trouble with financial aid due to a community college alliance
between my community college and the online university I attend which may force me to drop out.
